  1. When fans and consumers play the music they seem to authenticate the false ideals through the music. The artist are cheered on by their peers, even get paid to continue to misled people for the sake of commercial interest. Problem: if you have several hundred thousand people living in the world of creative fantasy that is painted to be reality, when does reality get a chance to be real?
Hip Hop was based in the communication of a message, sometimes positive, sometimes negative always real. Now we have hundred’s of thousands of people trying to produce and record music that has absolutely no basis of reality in their lives or the lives of others. Work Thru The Pain is conjunction with the Hip Hop Union is designing programs to teach young children how to understand the meaning of Hip Hop. We also want the students to be able to make real Hip Hop music. Expressing themselves for whom they are, not what they believe people want them to be, just so they can sell records, in order to get out of the hood. But by realizing if they make good music they will be recognized for being better, not worse, encouraging kids toward success through being true to themselves. So we applaud the Hip Hop Union and all of it’s efforts and we stand together with your mission. Let’s get back to the music people. Let’s get back to being real.

  2. Thank you for the great content. I am glad I have taken the time to see this.

  3. Pharaoh says:

Happy to be apart of the union.
